Tom, kinuyog sa Miss Philippines-US

Si Tom Rodriguez sa grand coronation night ng Miss Philippines USA ng fashion designer na si Ms. Lou Razon sa Alex Theater in Glendale, California noong Sunday evening.

Hindi ako nakapunta sa nasabing event, pero ayon sa friend naming si Tony Garcia, sobrang pinagkaguluhan si Tom sa nasa­bing event.

Kahit ano pa ang issue kay Tom at sa ex-wife niyang si Carla Abellana ay deadma na raw ang mga nagpunta sa lugar na ‘yon at natuwa sila na makita ang Kapuso actor.

Samantala, ‘yung concert series ni Tom na kasama ang isang komedyante ay next year pa pala magaganap. May isa sa mga producer na nakatsikahan namin at sina­bing February 2023 pa ‘yung concert niya.

Jed, nireklamo ang tiktok poser

Ang reklamo ng Kapamilya singer tungkol sa isang nagpe-pretend na siya sa TikTok.

Sabi ni Jed, “Someone on TikTok is posing to be me and messaging people. This is not my account. I only have one account on TikTok and it is verified. Please do not engage with this one. (Erased the post because I couldn’t deal with the bad grammar).”

Nang maka-chat namin si Jed, sinabi ­niyang pina-report na niya ang nasa­bing fake account, pero hanggang kahapon ay nandoroon pa rin ‘yon.

“Cherie Gil, was fondly called ‘Chichi’ on the set of Champoy because she was just a stunning 17 year-old teen-ager when she joined us in 1981. She enjoyed doing with us Walang Sisihan and Boom-Boom jokes. She also became ‘Champettes’ together wth Mitch Valdes and I, doing rock snd roll numbers like Crack That Whip!

“Noel Trinidad hosted a yummy Jap meal at Sugi Resto last Thursday so we can reminisce ‘the good old days’ of Champoy with Cherie. After all the naughty banter and some knock-knock and other corny jokes, we sobered up to do a Candle Ceremony led by Leo Rialp for the repose of the souls of our Champoy friends Subas Herrero, Gary Lising and Peque Gallaga. Other friends present were: Mitch Valdes, Leo Martinez, Ronnie Lazaro, Mel Villena, German Salvador and yours truly. Ahhh, Chichi -- we will truly miss you!!”
