Claudine mas gustong maging sinner kesa ‘lying hypocrite’

Nasa shooting si Claudine Barretto at legal counsel niyang si Atty. Ferdie Topacio for the movie Mamasapano kaya hindi raw sila sumasagot.
Marami kasi ang naintriga sa cryptic posts ni Claudine na “I would rather be known in life as an honest sinner, than a lying hypocrite” na may caption na “HYPOCRITES.”
Sa next post niya ay “Some people aren’t really all that they “post” to be” na may caption na “PRACTICE WHAT YOU PREACH.”
Mabilis namang nag-agree ang ibang followers niya na hindi lahat nang nakikita sa social media ay totoo.
Big check naman ang sabi ng iba.
Limited ang nakakapag-comment sa post ni Claudine kaya walang maka-nega at makahula kung sino ba talaga ang pinariringgan nito.
Samantala, ngayong araw (dating December 10) uli ang hearing (nasa fiscal pa lang ang kaso) para sa kasong economic abuse na isinampa ni Claudine laban sa ex-husband niyang si Raymart Santiago.
Last November 9 ang last hearing at hindi raw noon nakadalo roon si Atty. Topacio pero ngayong araw daw ay pupunta ito.
Nakasaad ang economic abuse Republic Act No. 9262 na - “Economic abuse refers to acts that make or attempt to make a woman financially dependent which includes, but is not limited to the following: “1. Withdrawal of financial support or preventing the victim from engaging in any legitimate profession, occupation, business or activity, except in cases wherein the other spouse/partner objects on valid, serious and moral grounds as defined in Article 73 of the Family Code;
“2. Deprivation or threat of deprivation of financial resources and the right to the use and enjoyment of the conjugal, community or property owned in common;
“3. Destroying household property;
“4. Controlling the victims’ own money or properties or solely controlling the conjugal money or properties.”
Nauna nang nabanggit ng abogado na hindi raw kasi nagbibigay ng sustento si Raymart sa naunang pinag-usapan na P100K every month.
Nabanggit rin dati ng abogado na pinag-aaralan nila kung may chance rin na madawit sa kaso si Jodi Sta. Maria na isa sa producer ng pelikulang The Boy Foretold By The Stars na isa sa official entries sa gaganaping Metro Manila Film Festival 2020 Digital Edition na magkakaroon ng Zoom conference ngayong hapon.
Well, Pasko naman, sana magkaayus-ayos na sila.
