“I am taking to task the Acting Director of the Civil Security Group, Police Brig. Gen. Roberto Fajardo to initiate an investigation into the disarming of private security guards by communist terrorists yesterday morning at the Minergy Power Corporation in Balingasag, Misamis Oriental,” pahayag ni Albayalde.
