AVC head Suzara pinuri ang executive committee members

MANILA, Philippines - Pinasalamatan ni Asian Volleyball Confederation (AVC) president Ramon “Tats” Suzara ang mga miyembro AVC Executive Committee na nagpulong kahapon sa Edsa Shangri-La Manila.

“I would like to thank the AVC, and at this moment the Executive Committee, for the cooperation and motivation that I have received during my term,” ani Philippine National Volleyball Federation (PNVF) president Ramon ‘Tats’ Suzara na iniluklok na pangulo ng AVC noong Agosto ng 2024 sa Bangkok, Thailand.

“With this active and po-active participation, I strongly believe the AVC would move further forward in the enhancement and development of our sport,” dagdag ng executive vice president ng International Volleyball Federation.

Nauna nang idinaos ang AVC Executive Committee Meeting matapos isagawa ng PNVF ang AVC Technical Seminar on Setting na pinamunuan nina Chinese volleyball legend Feng Kun at Alas Pilipinas Women’s Brazilian head coach Jorge Edson Souza de Brito sa Gameville Ball Park sa Greenfield Mandaluyong.

Dumalo sa Executive Committee Meeting sina AVC secretary-general Cook Island’s Hugh Graham, executive vice president Maldive’s Mohamed Latheef, treasurer Hong Kong-China’s Marina Tsui, president special advisor consultant at executive director Thailand’s Shanrit Wongprasert at zonal executive vice presidents Qatar’s Ali Ghanem Al-Kuwari (Western), Indonesia’s Heyzer Harsono (Southeastern) at China’s Yuan Lei (Eastern) at Female Executive Member kasama si FIVB executive vice president Palau’s Hila Asanuma.

Kasama rin via online sina senior executive vice president Australia’s Craig Carracher at Female Executive Member Macau-China’s Fong Sok Van Alice Oliver.

Magsasagawa ang AVC ng kanilang Board of Administration Meeting.

Ang mga mahahalagang AVC events ay ang Alas Pilipinas Invitationals sa Hunyo 10 hanggang 12 sa Smart Araneta Coliseum tampok ang Alas Pilipinas Men na sasabak din sa 2025 FIVB Volleyball Men’s World Championship sa Setyembre 12 hanggang 28 sa Big Dome at SM Mall of Asia.
