MANILA, Philippines — Dugo at pawis ang na­ging puhunan ng nagdedepensang TNT Tropang Giga para maitayo ang 2-1 bentahe sa kanilang semifinals series ng Magnolia.

At inaasahan ni Tropang Giga coach Chot Reyes na mas magiging pisikal pa ang pagtutuos nila ng Hotshots sa Game Four ng 2022 PBA Philippine Cup semifinals series.

“We have no illusions about this being an easy game or series by any stretch of the imagination,” ani Reyes. “We knew that this is going to be a struggle. This is going to be a challenge all the way.”

Maglalaban ang TNT at Magnolia ngayong alas-6 ng gabi matapos ang salpukan ng San Miguel at Meralco sa alas-3 ng hapon.

Ang game-winning three-point shot ni veteran guard Jayson Castro sa huling 2.4 segundo ang nag­lusot sa 93-92 pa­nalo ng Tropang Giga sa Hotshots sa Game Three noong Linggo.

“Ang maganda lang is marami kaming nakitang kaya naming i-adjust sa next game namin na makakatulong sa amin,” wika ng 36-anyos na si Castro.

Hangad din ng Beermen na maitayo ang 3-1 abante sa kanilang serye ng Bolts matapos kunin ang 96-91 panalo sa Game Three.

Umiskor si CJ Perez ng 26 points para sa nasabing panalo ng San Miguel at humakot si six-time PBA MVP June Mar Fajardo ng 21 points, 16 rebounds at 2 blocks.

“We have to shoot well against this team because they have such a big advantage inside,” ani Meralco mentor Norman Black. “If we don’t shoot well, we will have a hard time bea­ting them.”
