PSC Sports Journalism seminar tagumpay
MANILA, Philippines — May kabuuang 300 kabataan mula sa Davao region at ibang lugar sa Mindanao ang sumali sa isinagawang dalawang araw na Sports Journalism seminar sa The Royal Mandaya Hotel sa Davao City.
Sinabi ni Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) public communications office head Emmalyn Perez de Tagle-Bamba na ang nasabing seminar na inoorganisa ng PSC ay nakakuha ng magandang positibong komento mula sa mga kasali.
“We asked the participants to fill up evaluation and personal data sheets for our data base. All topics in the two-day seminar got positive feedbacks. They suggest that in future undertakings we could include sports broadcasting, writing sports editorials and columns, to have longer workshops and critique and how to cover a live sports event,” sabi ni Bamba.
Kabilang sa mga itinuturo sa mga nagnanais na maging journalists ay ang sportswriting kung saan isa si Sun Star Davao sports editor Marianne L.Saberon-Ablayan ang lecturer.
