MANILA, Philippines – Apat pang koponan ang magtatangkang masungkit ang kanilang pambuenamanong panalo sa pagpapatuloy ng 2016 PBA D-League Aspirants’ Cup ngayong hapon sa Ynares Sports Arena sa Pasig City.

Magpapang-abot ang Cafe France at Mindanao Aguilas sa alas-2 kasunod ang engkuwentro ng Phoenix Petroleum at Wangs Basketball sa alas-4.

Pakay ng apat na tropa na makisalo sa maagang liderato ng Caida at University of the Philippines QRS/JAM Liner na parehong nanaig sa kani-kanilang unang asignatura noong Huwebes.

Pinatumba ng Caida ang Tanduay, 90-79, samantalang ang UP QRS/JAM Liner ay namayani kontra BDO-National University, 90-85.

Ipaparada ng Phoenix Petroleum sina Mike Tolomia, Roger Pogoy, Russel Escoto, Richard Escoto, Alfredo Tamsi at Mac Belo na miyembro ng Far Eastern University na nagkampeon sa nakalipas na UAAP Season 91 men’s basketball tournament.

Makakasama ng mga ito sa kampanya sina University of Santo Tomas standout Ed Daquioag, Ronmarvis Dennison at 6-foot-7 Seraj Elmejirab.

Tatapatan naman ito ng Wangs sa pangunguna nina Brian Ilad, Gwyne Capacio, Terrence Hillary Tumalip, Jaycee Asuncion, Jonathan Banal, Rey Publico at Jeff Montemayor.
