104 puwesto sa Kamara nasungkit ng Lakas-CMD
MANILA, Philippines — Nanatiling nangungunang partido pulitikal ang Lakas-CMD sa pamumuno ni Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez matapos masungkit ang 104 puwesto sa Kamara.
Sa kabuuang 128 congressional candidates na kumandidato sa ilalim ng Lakas-CMD ay 104 sa mga ito ang nagsipagwagi na magtatrabaho sa papalapit na 20th Congress base sa data na ipinadala ng Comelec kay Lakas-CMD Executive Director Anna Capella Velasco.
“This is a vote of confidence not just in our candidates, but in the kind of leadership and unity that Lakas-CMD represents. As party President, I am deeply grateful to the Filipino people for reaffirming our role as a driving force for progress and good governance,” saad ni Romualdez.
Kabilang naman sa naging matagumpay sa halalan ay 79 reelected incumbents at 25 mga bagong kinatawan.
