VP Sara nanunuyo na ng kakampi sa impeachment trial – solon
MANILA, Philippines — Naghahanap na umano ng kakampi kaya nag-iindorso ng kandidato si Vice President Sara Duterte sa mga kumakandidato sa pagka-Senador na malinaw umano na nagpapakita na ngayon pa lamang ay sinusuyo na nito ang mga magiging Senador na boboto sa kaniyang impeachment trial.
“It’s not surprising that she changed her tune on endorsing candidates,” ani House Assistant Majority Leader Lanao del Sur Rep. Zia Alonto Adiong matapos iendorso ni VP Sara sina reelectionist Imee Marcos at Las Piñas City Rep. Camille Villar ng Alyansa sa Bagong Pilipinas.
“Given the context of the upcoming Senate trial, one can reasonably infer that she’s now building bridges where she once kept her distance,” ayon kay Adiong matapos namang una nang sabihin ni VP Sara na hindi siya mag-iin-
dorso ng mga kandidato sa 2025 senatorial race.
“We respect her prerogative. But we cannot ignore the timing and the possible implications of these moves, especially when they shift from neutrality to active endorsement,” ani Adiong.
Ayon pa kay Adiong, ang mahalaga ay hindi lang ang mismong pag-eendorso, kundi ang pagbabago ng tono o posisyon nito.
