Palasyo nagpasalamat pa rin sa kabila ng pagbaba ng trust ratings ni Digong

MANILA, Philippines — Bumaba man ang trust ratings ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ay nananatiling positibo pa rin ang Malacañang dahil sa umaapaw pa ring suporta ng publiko sa gobyerno.

Sa pinakabagong survey ng Social Weather Stations, nakakuha na lamang ng +65 si Duterte, mas mababa ng 10 puntos sa nakaraan.

Dahil dito ay “very good” na lamang ang grado ng pangulo mula sa pagiging “excellent” nitong Disyembre.

Tatlo sa baawat apat na Pilipino o 76 percent ang nagsabing may “much trust” pa rin sila kay Duterte, habang 10 percent ang may “little trust” at 14 percent ang “undecided.”

"We welcome the latest Social Weather Stations survey showing a +65 net trust rating for President Rodrigo Roa Duterte, which the polling firm classified as “very good” and described as similar to the “very good” +60 in September 2017," pahayag ni Roque.

"We are thus grateful for our people’s vote of confidence with significant trust in the president, amid being subject to unending criticisms and attacks," dagdag niya.

Tiniyak ni Roque na gagawin pa rin ng gobyerno ang lahat ng kanilang makakaya upang masawata ang ilegal na droga.

"Rest assured that the president will continue to steer the ship of State until we reach a drug-free destination where the country's macroeconomic fundamentals would be strong and resilient so Filipinos could lead comfortable lives."
