“I issued an order vacating the dismissal of the case and ordered that the cases be wide open for both parties, complainants and respondents, to file whatever evidence they have in support of respective position,” wika ni Aguirre sa media briefing sa Malacañang.

“The prosecution still has the chance to strengthen its evidence by securing a copy of the transcripts of the Senate hearing. The parties are free and required to submit all their evidence in support of their position. I created a new panel for the purposes of reviewing the resolution, giving the parties a chance to submit additional evidence,” giit pa ni Aguirre.
