Malapit na naman ang summer kaya marami sa atin ang nagsisimula nang mag-diet at mag-ehersisyo.

Perfect sa mga gustong magpapayat ang pako salad recipe na aming ituturo sa inyo. Bukod sa simple ang ingredients, hitik pa ito sa nutrients at vitamins na kailangan natin. Sagana ito sa fiber, calcium, phosphorus, iron at iba pa.

Kailangan lamang pagsamahin ang mga sumusunod at pwede na itong i-partner sa inyong inihaw na ulam. Burp!

• 4 cups Pako leaves,

• 2 tomatoes, sliced,

• 1 red onion, sliced

• 1 salted egg, sliced

• Dressing

• 2 tbsp vinegar

• ¼ tsp salt

• ¼ tsp pepper

• ½ tsp sugar
