“I don’t have criteria or requirement because when you feel it, I think that will only happen when you’re able to find the words when you see that person and you go prepare. Hindi kasi ako naghahanap, eh. ‘Yun ang mahirap do’n, eh. But there will come a time for me to settle down, I wouldn’t have any criteria or requirement so to speak because at the end of the day it’s about heart. It’s about your feelings or if you feel something for that person and that person might have something that compliments you, or gives you that feeling or excitement that you have to be with someone. Hindi naman hinahanap ‘yon, dumadating na lang,” banggit ni Papa P at kasalukuyan daw siyang naka-focus sa kanyang trabaho at kung anong meron siya ngayon sabi pa ng actor sa Bright Like A Sun media conference ng Sun Life Partner for Life kahapon na ginanap sa Sofitel.

Kamakailan ay may natapos siyang magiging entry for the forthcoming Cinemalaya festival entitled Bakit Di Mo Sabihin na nakatakdang mapanood sa August.
Nakatambal niya rito for the first time si Janine Gutierrez. “It’s not a typical love story, it’s another different concept, one of which we put a lot of our heart and soul into,” says JC.
May ginagawa ring romantic comedy ang actor The Entitled, na mapapanood naman sa Netflix before the end of July. JC co-stars with Alex Gonzaga under the direction of Theodore Boborol.

Pero tutukan muna siya sa Flower of Evil aired every Saturday and Sunday at 9 p.m. at the Kapamilya Channel and A2Z and on Viu every Thursdays and Fridays at 8 p.m.

“It was a chance to do something different, because I have always played the leading man or the romantic interest or the third wheel in my past projects,” kumpisal ni JC, sa kung bakit siya nagbunyi sa pagkakataon na gampanan ang papel ng isang detective agent sa serye.

Sa mga nakukuhang magagandang review bilang ‘baddie,’ masasabing tagumpay ang transformation ni JC dito sa bago niyang serye. “I really want to explore more of my versatility as an actor now, one who is character driven, and it’s about time,” pahayag ng actor.
Kaya wala siyang dalawang-isip nang matanggap ang nasabing offer na gampanan ang character ni Andrew Marcelo, para imbestigahan ang character ni Iris Castillo Del Rosario, Lovi Poe’s character in Flower of Evil. “It’s something very different for me and it’s a big co production with Viu International LTD. Yes, it’s a big deal and a great opportunity, and I am very fortunate to be part of it,” paliwanag niya pa.
Dagdag pa ni JC : “This is something I would run out and chase for and I’m so thankful it ended up on my lap.
“And what an experience it was, and it was hard work, a good learning environment and it was a blast working with all these highly skilled professionals and co-actors in our Kapamilya set!”

Ang LANY, American pop rock band, five nights ang concert sa MOA Arena dahil ang bilis na-sold out ng mga ticket.
Hindi mumurahin ang mga ticket nito pero nag-offer sila ng VIP package na may kasamang pictorial with the group plus short Q & A.
Sa kasalukuyan ay wala pang local artist ang naka-schedule mag-concert sa MOA Arena.
Pero ‘pag foreign artist at may volleyball or basketball naman, apaw ang nasabing venue.
