Andrew E., tatlong dekada na sa showbiz

Ang sipag nitong si Al Tantay, Salve.

Siya pala ang direktor ng kasalukuyang ipinalalabas na movie ng Vivamax, Shoot! Shoot!: Di Ko Siya Titigilan, starring Andrew E. at ang dalawang kasalukuyang important leading ladies ng Viva Films, sina Sunshine Guimary at AJ Raval.

Kilalang aktor din si Al, who, likewise, excels, too, as comedian.

He is currently in the cast of the current much-admired series about the Maranaw, Legal Wives.

Of Shoot! Shoot!..., this is not their first movie bilang direktor (si Al nga) at Andrew (aktor). That they click as a team, well, no need to elaborate.

As Andrew said nga: “Panoorin n’yo na lang ang Shoot! Shoot! At nasa pelikula ang shoot na answer.”

Of Andrew, would you believe that he has been in showbiz for more than three decades?

It was not an easy climb for him to success, inaamin niya. He first wanted to become an actor, but failed to make it. It was when he turned rapper via the song, Humanap Ka Ng Panget that, kumbaga, his name rung a bell.

He can no longer count the number of ‘rap’ songs he composed, henceforth. And how many of them became popular, or how many have been made into a movie or TV shows.

Hindi binanggit ni Andrew sa recent interviews with him if he and his family still live in the same house in Parañaque City.

Guess what Heaven Peralejo at Gino Roque have in common?

In any case, for the first time, magka-team up sila sa series na Pasabuy, a romantic comedy, a six episode series directed by Xian Lim.

Gino, by the way, is also Pasabuy producer. He partly owns Forza Productions, which was also the producer of the rom-com Beauty and The Boss.

Pasabuy already has started streaming sa WeTV, every Friday night at seven.
