Puspusan ang pagpapapayat ngayon ni Angel Locsin in preparation nga marahil sa kanyang nalalapit na kasal with Neil Arce. Matatandaang early this month nang magsimula ang aktres sa kanyang fitness journey at panay ang post ng kanyang diet program.

And in fairness, may resulta na agad ang kanyang balik-alindog program dahil ayon sa kanyang latest post, nabawasan na raw ang kanyang timbang.

Ipinost ni Angel sa kanyang Instagram Story ang body fat machine na kanyang ginagamit para ma-detect ang status ng kanyang body composition. “So I had my #InBody today after 2wks,” caption ng aktres.

Patuloy niya, nag-lose na raw siya ng weight at pati visceral fats daw niya ay nagbawas na rin kasabay ng explanation kung ano ang visceral fats. “Happy that aside from losing weight, I lost visceral fats too! (it’s the fat around the organs that can actively increase the risk of serious health problems!),” saad ni Angel.

Well, what’s good kay Angel, madali siyang tumaba pero once na nagpapayat siya ay madali naman siyang pumayat.

She lets her guard down kapag walang project but she easily gets back in shape kapag kinakailangan.

Sharon, nilantad ang tunay na ugali ni Sen. Kiko

Nami-miss na ni Sharon Cuneta ang kanyang pamilya bilang more than one month na rin siyang nasa US. Sa kanyang latest IG post kahapon ay nag-post siya ng old photo nila ni Sen. Kiko Pangilinan at nagbigay ng pa-tribute sa mister. “Pic:New York, 1997. Distance has a way of making you appreciate more what you usually take for granted when it is nearby. I have been away from home for the longest non-concert-tour time ever, & being away has made me realize all the more how much my “neighbor,” @kiko.pangilinan & our children mean to me,” ang simula ni Shawie.

“No, Kiko isn’t perfect. He is masungit, makulit, & born with an already deep and loud voice, it thunders and echoes throughout our house when he is disappointed at an employee’s inefficiency or non-performance.

“These, in contrast to my having been born naturally malambing, super affectionate & a “touch” person.

“But what only we his family see that people do not is just how loving he is towards us in his own way,” sey ni Megastar.

“Some have commented on my posts about him and our family, and on our IG live together, just how “easy” it seemed for us to talk to each other. This is true.

“We have great conversations-I mean how many couples do you know get excited when talking about Mao Tse Tung or Nelson Mandela or Barack Obama’s journey, for example?

“And one thing that keeps our marriage strong is how much we laugh together as a family-even at each other’s expense! I am blessed to have been given a husband who is faithful, devoted to me & our family and always puts us first.

“Kahit minsan gusto kita sakalin o maging homicidal sa inis sayo, Sutart, aba di hamak naman na mas outnumbered ng happy moments natin ang nakakainis na moments!” pahayag ni Sharon.

“I am proud of the family we have. The children we have managed to raise to have no sense of entitlement-thanks largely to you!

“Because you know Mama was born loving spoiling those she loves-what more those she loves the most?

“To the betterment of our offspring, they are non-materialistic nor self-centered. They are humble, ask for little in terms of material things, & in spite of our complicated lives owing to our respective chosen professions, we have all remained simple,” patuloy pa ni Mega.
