And God willing, Jake raw wants to study abroad.

Kaya, hope raw niya na matapos na itong pandemyang kasalukuyang “binubuno” nating mga Pilipino.

Where Jake’s lovelife is concerned, okay na okay daw ang relasyon niya ng kanyang dating beauty queen girlfriend na si Kylie Verzosa.

Kylie, tulad niya, ay may bago ring assignment.

Of Jake, kasisimula niya ng bagong series, Viral, where he has for his leading ladies, Dimples Romana at Charlie Dizon.

Claire, pinanghihinayangan

More than a week bago binawian ng buhay ang singing icon na si Claire dela Fuente, she was afflicted pala with COVID-19, according to one of her two sons.

Well, as we all know, by now, Claire died of cardiac arrest last Tuesday, March 30.

Known likewise, as the Karen Carpenter of the Philippines, pinaka-popular song ni Claire ang awiting Sayang, which she herself composed.

Well, sayang at binawian ng buhay si Claire, na hindi na-solve ang problem ng anak niyang nasangkot sa “pagkamatay” ng flight attendant na si Christine Dacera.

May yours and Christine’s soul, Claire, rest in peace.

Pangako… magtatapos na

This early, sa totoo lang, marami ang nanghihinayang, kasama na kami roon, sa malapit nang ending ng series na Paano Ang Pangako?, na hindi lang impressive ang cast, consisting of magagaling na artista, kung hindi mga director din.

The cast, among others, include Maricel Laxa, Beauty Gonzalez, Desiree del Valle, Bing Loyzaga and 20-year-old actor Elijah Canlas.

The directors are Eric Quizon, Jun Lana and Perci Intalan, who is also the producer of the series, as it is produced by his production company, IdeaFirst.

Paano… started airing October last year.

May kaagad daw na project na gagawin ang IdeaFirst, which is both a TV and film company.

Direk Eric, pahinga muna

For the remaining days of the Holy Week, walang balak si direk cum actor Eric Quizon, na umalis ng Pilipinas.

Dati-rati raw kasi, either nasa US siya o sa Hong Kong. At baka sa bahay lang daw siya. Dito na lang niya gagawin ang religious ritual na natutunan niya from his mom, the late Pamela Ponti, tuwing Holy Week.

Wala pa munang project na gagawin si Eric, either for TV or whatever. If, at all, gusto raw muna niyang magpahinga.
