Andre at Jane, pinagla-loveteam!

For a change kasi, let’s play Cupid to two  newcomers, na something in common na puwedeng sabihin meron sila, is that pareho silang 22 years old.

They are both star material din. And good-looking.

Kapipirma both nila ng contract. At ang respective studio or network na pinili nilang mag-alaga sa kanila appear determined this early na gawin silang big stars.

Yes, magkaiba ang kompanyang kanilang kinabibilangan. Kaya, unlikely this early ang magkatrabaho silang dalawa. Much more, magtambal. More so, maging magka-love team.

We are referring, of course, Salve A., to Jane de Leon, talent ng ABS-CBN, at Andre Yllana, na kapipirma ng contract with Viva Artists Agency (VAA).

Between them maituturing na beterana si Jane, since nagsimula siya sa showbiz when she was 16 years old. Taga-San Pedro, Laguna siya.

Naging member muna siya ng isang all girls dance group, bago siya naging co-star sa series na Halik, which had Jericho Rosales as the lead actor.

Gumanap siya bilang kapatid ni Jericho. Ang beteranang aktres naman na si Amy Austria ang gumanap na kanilang Nanay.

Andre, on the other hand, is the only child son ng estranged showbiz couple na sina Aiko Melendez at Jomari Yllana, dating aktor na ngayon ay Konsehal na ng Parañaque City.

Ambisyon daw talaga ni Andre ang mag-artista. But he chose na magtapos muna ng course bilang Automotive Technician sa Don Bosco College, bago mag-full time sa showbiz.

Well, how he and Jane will meet, o magtambal sa isang project, iyan ang abangan natin.

Between them, mas busier na, of course, si Jane, who will, most likely play leading lady ni Coco Martin, yes, kapalit ni Yassi Pressman, sa long and top running action series, FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano.

She will soon start na mag-trabaho rin bilang Darna in the action fantasy series, a creation of the late Mars Ravelo, novelist and writer, with Nestor Redondo as illustrator. Wala pa raw tiyak na leading man si Jane. So, how about Andre, ha?

Ariel at Gelli, mas madalas na sa Canada

Back to showbiz for couple Ariel Rivera and Gelli de Belen, as they joined reel and real-life love team, Loisa Andalio at Ronnie Alonte in the upcoming series, Unloving You.

Ariel’s last TV appearance was in the action drama series, Sandugo, with Ejay Falson at Aljur Abrenica, well, two years ago.

Huling ginawa naman ni Gelli ang Ika-5 Utos.

The couple are parents to two sons, Hulyo and Joaquin, na parehong malalaki na. The Riveras, when not busy with showbiz work dito sa Pilipinas, ay nasa Canada, where they are now permanent residents.
