Pia klinaro ang away nila ni Catriona
Sa kauna-unahang pagkakataon ay nilinaw ni Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach ang isyu tungkol sa kanila ni Miss U 2018 Catriona Gray.
Noon pa kasi ay tila pinagsasabong na sila ng mga tao at pinipilit silang gawan ng rivalry. Ang intriga nga, insecure si Pia kay Catriona at ayaw daw nitong manalo ang huli sa Miss U.
Ayon kay Pia ay naroroon siya sa Thailand mismo kung saan ginanap ang Miss U in 2018. “I was there in Thailand when she won. I was actually like, almost in the front row. It’s so nice to see it from the audience’s point of view because I’ve been there as a contestant, I’ve been there as a judge, but it was my first time to be there as an audience member where I’m literally there just to experience it,” pahayag ni Pia sa kanyang panayam sa Gulf News Dubai.

“People would say to me before, ‘She’s threatened because she doesn’t want another Filipina from the Philippines to win.’ But once you’re there, all of that goes out of the window because you just want to raise the flag. You just want Philippines to win. Everybody’s so happy. How can you be the bitter one? Why would you want to ruin the party?” aniya pa.
Recently ay nagpunta sa Dubai si Pia para personal na tanggapin ang kanyang Woman of the Year award from Xpedition Magazine.
