Speaking of Sampaguitans, we are reminded, too, of Rebecca del Rio, one time referred to, as the love of his life of the late businessman-politician, Ramon Revilla Sr.

Ramon, whose real name is Jose Acuña Bautista, started his showbiz career with Sampaguita Pictures. It was the late Dr. Jose Perez who enticed him to join showbiz.

Ganunpaman, nag-decide siya to quit showbiz, as his dream was to turn businessman. He graduated with a college degree in Business Administration.
