Although Aga Muhlach appears not as active in showbiz as he used to, most producers, both for movies and TV are still interested in getting his services.

Aside from the three movies, which currently are being offered to him all three earmarked for the 2020 Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF), may sitcom na ipinu-propose sa kanya ang isang TV producer, meant supposedly for TV5.

Twenty years ago, Aga had a sitcom, Oki Doki Doc, which Johnny Manahan directed and aired a number of years, too, sa ABS-CBN, kasama ang mga dating child stars na sina Paolo Contis and Camille Prats.

Agot Isidro played leading lady niya, with the late Babalu, as Agot’s father.

Oki Doki Doc is being replayed every Sunday on Jeepney TV.

Of Aga, nakaka-ideal tingnan ang family niya sa bago nilang commercial for Jollibee.

Both grown na ang kambal nila ng asawang si Charlene Gonzales na sina Atasha at Andres, now both 18 years old.

Aga turned 51 last, August 12.

Maricel napabilib sa lock-in taping

Impressed daw si Maricel Soriano on how she and her co-stars were able to shoot without palpak (difficulty) the scenes na ipapalabas next week sa bagong digital series, Ang Sa Iyo Ay Akin.

Kung sabagay daw, everybody acted professionally, mula sa director nilang si FM Reyes and her fellow main stars na sina Jodi Sta. Maria, Sam Milby at Iza Calzado, plus Lito Pimentel.

Lahat sila, kasama ang production staff, followed all protocol to the letter. Yes, social distancing, while waiting for their respective cue, and wearing face masks and face shields.

An alcohol spray is always nearby.

First time raw ni Maricel to work with Jodi, Sam at Iza.

Allan K naniniwalang babalik din sa dati ang buhay

Kahit both comedy bars na pag-aari niya, The Klownz and Zirkoh ay nag-close na, si Allan K, na kilala rin as a comedy performer, ay naniniwalang hindi magtatagal at things will go back to normal.

“Tiis lang and a lot of prayers of course, that this pandemic will be over,” ani Allan.

“Kasabihang after the rain, the sun shines,” dagdag pa ni Allan.

Amen, Allan.
