Jake waging best actor sa unang theater play

Wow naman Salve A., sa recent report ni Jake Cuenca sa kanyang social media account na Instagram, he was named Best Actor (Play) and Best Crossover Artist (Mainstream to Theater) for his initial performance in a theater play, Lungs.

Hindi naman na ito nakakagulat dahil he is one of the few actors of his generations who really excels as an actor.

Nasa cast din sina Ritz Azul, Marijoy Apostol, Mica Javier, Jane Oineza, Maxine Medina, plus Kylie Versosa, na sinasabing current love of Jake’s life.

She plays an adopted daughter of the characters played by Albert Martinez and Eula Valdez.

“I welcome the role,” ani Ryza. “And I feel challenged. Ang mapatunayan na I can be entrusted with any kind of role.”

Ryza started her showbiz career in 2004, when she joined the Starstruck Talent search.

She is now 31 years old.

We could have asked her if permanente na ang break-up nila ni Cholo Barretto.

His role, though, is not as extensive as that of Ryza.

Toni naghahanda na para sa MMFF 2019!

Did we hear it right that this early, nagpa-plano na si Toni Gonzaga na sumaling muli sa Metro Manila Film Fest (MMFF) 2019?

Na-inspired yata siya sa kanyang entry for her own film firm na TinCan Productions, ang Mary, Marry Me na nakapasok bilang pang-apat sa top grossers ng MMFF 2018.

Ang tatlong iba ipa ay Fantastica, Jack Em Popoy: The Puliscredibles at Aurora.

Mary, Marry Me is Toni’s concept.

It was her husband, producer-director Paul Soriano, who owns Ten17 Productions who suggested that she gets Sam Milby for the male lead character.

No need to tell you that it was, direk Paul who suggested TinCan (read: Tin Can) that name of her production.

The rest of course, his history.

Well, wala pang tiyak na figure kung magkano ngang talaga ang kinita ng Mary, Marry Me. Pero, tiyak, ‘di lang ito break even. Kung hindi, more.

In that case, nakakasiguro na ng bonus si Alex from her Ate Toni.

Alex turned 31 last January 16.
