Kiefer nilayasan ng mga kaibigan!

Dahil sa mga naganap sa career ng Gilas Pilipinas player na si Keifer Ravena marami raw siyang natutunan dito.

Mas na-appreciate daw niya ang mga taong nagbigay ng suporta at pagmamahal sa kanya noong ma-ban siya sa paglaro ng basketball dahil hindi niya pinasa ang isang mandatory drug test.

“Appreciate what you have because even if you know that it’s yours throughout your life, you’ll never know its value until it has been taken from you tulad ng basketball sa akin. I’m thankful there are still many who give their love and support to me.

“Another thing I learned — to keep your circle close.

“You have to keep positive people around you... there are people whom you can talk to because men prefer to keep to themselves what they feel but it will come to a point when you want to share in order to gain strength or talk to someone who can give pieces of advice,” sey ni Ravena.

Bukod kasi sa banned si Ravena naglaro for both Gilas Pilipinas at NLEX Road Warriors, bawal din siyang mag-participate sa anumang basketball activities na authorized or hindi authorized ng FIBA.

Bawal din daw si Ravena na manood ng mga barangay basketball leagues at ‘di siya puwedeng mag-workout na kasama ang anumang basketball team.

Sa mga pinagdaanan na mga ito ni Ravena, thankful siya na nandyan pa rin ang girlfriend niyang si Alyssa Valdez para samahan at ipagtanggol niya.

Minsan na ring nasubukan ang relasyon ng dalawa noong mag-viral ang nude photos ni Ravena. Naapektuhan man, pero naibalik din ang tiwala ni Valdez kay Ravena.

“When you truly love the person, you are ready to face the consequence like I did.

“And I was very fortunate to have her as a girlfriend because she never left my side.

“Trust was broken, it was difficult to explain and too tough to look straight in her eye, too hard to explain every day but at the same time she also sacrificed a lot because she could’ve walked away easily but she never did and for that, I think I know I have a keeper.

“I have someone who I can spend the rest of my life with. She would always defend me and say encouraging words to me.

“Alam nya ano ang nawala sa akin, basketball which is one of the things that calms me and gives me sanity. It’s my sanctuary,” pagtapos pa ni Kiefer.

Lindsay ‘di pa kaya ang halikan

Hindi pa raw ready na magpaka-daring ang Kapuso teen actress na si Lindsay Johnston.

Kahit na 18-years old na siya, may mga bagay na hindi pa rin siya puwedeng gawin.

“I come from a conservative family. Very protective ang parents ko kaya sumusunod pa rin ako sa mga gusto nila.

“Although pagdating naman po sa showbiz work, they trust GMA, especially when it comes to the roles na binibigay po sa akin sa mga teleserye.

“Like dito po sa Victor Magtanggol, I play the kikay sister of Alden Richards.

“It’s my first time to work with Kuya Alden at siyempre, natuwa ang parents ko kasi paborito nila si Kuya Alden,”ngiti pa ni Lindsay.

Hindi pa raw puwedeng makipag-kissing scene si Lindsay or magsuot ng mga sexy na damit. Kahit daw sa Instagram niya, never pa siyang nakakapag-post na naka-bikini siya tulad nang mga ginagawa ng kaedad niyang teen girls.

Dating “de Vera” ang last name ni Lindsay, pero ngayon daw ay gusto niyang gamitin ang tunay na family name niya na “Johnston” para sa ikakatuwa ng father niya.
