Pia umaasang mananalo si Catriona

Bukod sa kanyang international commitments, naka-focus na ulit si Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach sa career niya dito sa Pilipinas.

“So what happens with that is I join with Miss Universe every time they meet me or I join with them every once in a while but of course not to take the spotlight from the current Miss Universe.

“So it’s been that sort of balance and right now I can’t fly to New York yet or back to Miss Universe because I have a lot of work lined up here.

“A lot of commitments that I have to fulfill first before I can move back to the States to fulfill my other dreams.

“So for now I’m focusing on getting everything done here first, fulfilling all my duties in the Philippines first and then I’ll start with other passions,” sey pa ni Pia.

Wala pa raw definite host country ang Miss Universe 2018. Di na sa Pilipinas ito magaganap pero balitang within sa Asia pa rin ang magho-host nito.

“It usually takes a long time before they announce. Like yung ginawa yung Miss Universe dito ‘di ba it was almost a few months before lang so maybe soon. June pa lang naman ngayon. We’ll see. I’m excited for what’s in store. Sana malapit lang para madaling puntahan ng mga Pilipino,” diin pa ni Pia.

Tinanong si Pia kung ano ang chances ni Miss Universe-Philippines 2018 Catriona Gray na mauwi ulit ang title?

“Oo naman I think that she has a very good chance. Total package siya at pag sinabing total package yun talaga wala kang mapipintas sa kanya. So very exciting ang Miss Universe this year,” pagtatapos pa ni Pia Wurtzbach.

Janet Jackson natalo ang depresyon dahil sa anak

Inamin ng singer na si Janet Jackson na minsan na siyang nakipaglaban sa sakit na depression.

Sey ng 52-year old singer na naranasan niya ang depression noong nasa kanyang 30’s na raw siya at hirap makipag-cope sa mga pagbabago, emotionally and physical.

“These were difficult years, when I struggled with depression. The struggle was intense. I could analyze the source of my depression forever.

“Low self-esteem might be rooted in childhood feelings of inferiority.

“It could relate to failing to meet impossibly high standards. And of course there are always the societal issues of racism and sexism.

“Put it all together and depression is a tenacious and scary condition. Thankfully, I found my way through it…”

Ang anak ni Jackson na si Eissa Al Mana ang naging daan para mapagwagian nito ang kanyang depression.

“When I kiss him. When I sing him softly to sleep. During those sacred times, happiness is everywhere. Happiness is in gratitude to God.”
