He was born in Cebu and was four-year old when he and his family moved to England. British kasi ang kanyang ama at Filipino naman ang kanyang ina.

Very promising ang career ni Bailey sa showbiz, as bukod sa pagiging recording star, regular performer na rin siya sa series na On The Wings of Love, where his perennial ka-partner and fellow former co-boarder sa bahay ni kuya, si Ylona Garcia, is also a mainstay.

Bailey, together with Ylona, who sings, too, frequently appears, too, in two of ABS-CBN’s variety show, It’s Showtime at ASAP.
