Pagkaing tumutunaw sa cancer cells

DIKLAP - Ms. Anne - Pang-masa

Talong—cervical cancer

Seaweeds—breast at thyroid cancer

Kamote—intestinal cancer at breast cancer

5.  Nuts—colorectal, pancreatic and endometrial cancers

6.   Olive oil—breast cancer and cancer of the digestive system

7.  Turmeric—lung, breast and prostate cancer cells

8.  Citrus fruits—pancreatic cancer

9.   Kamatis—prostate cancer

10. Alluim vegetables, kagaya ng garlic, onions, leeks and shallots—stomach cancer

Powerful emotions such as pain, fear, grief, disappointment, panic, anxiety, anger, and longing, shock your body like an electrical charge, leaving scars or lesions along your neural pathways.  This disrupts your body’s natural energy flow. According to Dr David Suzuki, condensed molecules from breath exhaled from verbal expressions of anger, hatred, and jealousy, contain toxins.  Accumulated over 1 hr, these toxins are enough to kill 80 guinea pigs!

“One can overcome the forces of negative emotions, like anger and hatred, by cultivating their counterforces, like love and compassion.”-- Dalai Lama
