‘Impeachment trial tapusin na sa Nobyembre., ebidensya sapat para ma-convict si Sara’

MANILA, Philippines — Dapat umanong tapusin na sa Nobyembre  at huwag ng paabutin ng Disyembre ang paglilitis sa Senate Impeachment Court laban kay Vice President Sara Duterte dahilan sapat na ang mga ebidensyang naiharap ng prosecution panel para ma-convict ito at matanggal sa puwesto.

Ito ang inihayag ni Manila 6th District Rep. Bienvenido Abante Jr., na iginiit na matibay ang Article of Impeachment ng Kamara laban kay VP Sara na kasalukuyang nililitis sa Senado.

“I think that what the prosecution team has presented is enough to impeach the Vice President. ‘Yung sa grave threats lang is already enough. That is betrayal of public trust,” ayon kay Abante.

Inihayag nito na hindi na kailangan pang iharap ng prosecution team ang lahat ng Articles of Impeachment para mai-establisa ang kaso laban kay VP Duterte.

“I think the prosecution team can do that, can make a motion to stop it because they have already done their part as far as exposing the violations done by the Vice President,” giit ni Abante pa nito na sinabing maaari ng tapusin ang paglilitis sa impeachment ni VP Sara sa darating na Nobyembre at huwag na itong paabutin pa ng Pasko.
