MANILA, Philippines — Isinumite na ng International Criminal Court (ICC) prosecution ang ika-pitong batch ng mga ebidensya ng kasong “crime against humanity” laban kay dating Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte.

Ayon sa prosekusyon, isinumite ang mga dagdag na ebidensya maliban pa sa mga naunang inilatag noong Abril at Mayo.

Maaari rin magsumite pa ng mga karagdagang ebidensya ang prosekus­yon hanggang Hulyo 1 bago ang itinakdang hearing sa September 23, 2025

Anumang mga ebidensya na isusumite matapos ang Hulyo 1 ay hindi na tatanggapin ng korte.

Nauna nang sinabi ng prosecutor ng ICC na mayroong 421 dokumento, siyang na litrato at aabot sa 16 hours ng audio at video files at gagamitin bilang ebidensya laban kay Duterte sa kanyang pagharap sa tribunal sa Setyembre.

Sinabi naman ni ICC Deputy Prosecutor Mame Mandiaye Niang na inilahad ng prosekusyon sa Depensa ang kaubuang 90 items na base sa mga kategoryang “Pre-Confirmation INCRIM package 009 23 May 2025: Crimes Against Humanity– Murder –Barangay Clearance Operations, Presidential Period”; Pre-Confirmation INCRIM package 010 23 May 2025: Crimes Against Humanity-Murder-Barangay Clearance Operations, Presidential Period; at “Pre-Confirmation Rule 77 package 001 23 May 2025: Contextual Elements background information-material for the preparation of the Defence”.
