Duterte nakakuha ng high approval at trust ratings

MANILA, Philippines — Napanatili ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang high approval at trust ra­tings nito, mahigit isang taon at kalahati na simula nang mag-umpisa ang coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis na nakaapekto sa kabuhayan ng milyun-milyong Pinoy, ayon sa isang independent pollster kahapon.

Sa RP-Mission and Development Foundation (RPMD) survey, si Pang. Duterte ay nakakuha ng overall approval rating na 77% sa National Capital Region (NCR) at trust ra­ting na 72%.

Samantala, sina MMDA Sec. Benjamin “Benhur” Abalos Jr., Interior Sec. Eduardo Año, Public Works Sec. Mark Aguilar, Transportation Sec. Arthur Tugade ng at Trade Sec. Ramon Lopez ang siyang tinanghal naman bilang top five performers sa mga government agency officials sa NCR.

Batay sa survey, si Abalos ay nakakuha ng 70% approval rating para sa kanyang performance, habang si Año naman ay mayroong 68%, kasunod si Villar na may 66%, Tugade na may 65% at Lopez na may 63%. Ang itinuturing naman na most trusted agencies ay ang Department of Justice (68%) na pinamumunuan ni Sec. Menardo Guevarra, Department of Tourism (65%) na pinamumunuan ni Sec. Bernadette Romulo Puyat at Department of Foreign Affairs (63%) na pina­ngangasiwaan ni Sec. Teodoro Locsin Jr.

Ang overall public satisfaction ng mga cabinet officials ni Pang. Duterte sa kabuuan ay 57% rating. Nabatid na ang survey na isinagawa ng RP-Mission and Development Foundation Inc. (RPMDinc), ay isang independent at non-commissioned survey na may 3,500 respondents sa NCR noong Hulyo 3-10, 2021.

Nasa 15 cabinet officials ang ini-assessed sa survey at 10 sa kanila ang nakakuha ng high approval ratings habang lima ang nangangailangan ng pagbabago o improvement.
