MANILA, Philippines — Dahil umano sa nararamdamang sakit sa likod bunga ng aksidente sa motorsiklo ay agad nagpasya si Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte na umuwi agad ng bansa matapos dumalo sa seremonya ng bagong Japanese Emperor kahapon.
“The Palace announces that the President will cut short his trip to Japan due to unbearable pain in his spinal column near the pelvic bone as a consequence of his fall during his motorcycle ride last Thursday, October 17”, wika ni Presidential Spokesman Salvador Panelo.
Hindi na dadalo sa Emperors banquet at Prime Minister banquet ang Pangulo dahil dito.
Magugunita na naaksidente ang Pangulo habang nagmomotorsiklo sa loob ng PSG Park pagkagaling sa burol ni Miguel Barretto.
“While this was unforseeable, the public can rest assured that there is nothing to worry as regards the physical health and condition of the President as he gives serious priority thereto in actively serving our country,” giit ni Panelo.
