“Hidilyn Diaz putting up snatch doubles at 88kg pushing herself to improve her technique and to get more comfortable with this weight,” wika ni Naranjo sa 30-anyos na si Diaz mula sa kanilang training camp sa Malaysia.

“When you train 6-days a week, getting to Thursday alone is challenging as you’re not only physically, but mentally exhausted,” ani Naranjo. “But it’s important to adjust the intensity, volume, and/or percentages based on how the athlete is feeling.”
