National Sports Summit sa Feb. 27-28
MANILA, Philippines — Tinapik ng Philippine Sports Commission ang mga kilalang sports specialists at educators para sa idaraos na lecture-workshops sa 2020 National Sports Summit.
Nakatakda ang sports summit sa Pebrero 27 at 28 sa Philippine International Convention Center sa Pasay City.
“This will be the 2nd National Sports Summit of this scale since 1992 so we want it to be as inclusive as we can,” wika ni PSC chairman William ‘Butch’ Ramirez sa event na may temang “Creating a clear vision of Philippine Sports.”
Humigit-kumulang sa 500 partisipante mula sa iba’t ibang government agencies, private sectors, national sports associations (NSAs), collegiate coaches at athletes mula sa UAAP, NCAA at NCRAA at mga stakeholders ang inaasahang dadalo sa nasabing pinakamalaking nationwide sports summit.
Si Dr. T.J. Rosandich, ang President at CEO ng United States Sports Academy (USSA), ang magbibigay ng lecture sa Sports Success.
“In order to realize this, it is imperative for us to work with experienced people in the field to educate us about inclusive, grounded, and scientific measures vital in our production of an effective sports plan,” dagdag pa ni Ramirez.
Tatalakayin ng Department of Education, sa pamamagitan ni Undersecretary Atty. Revsee Escobedo, ang estado ng school sports.
