1. Whole grains gaya ng oatmeal at brown rice – Mapapansin na ang wholegrain ay laging kasama sa healthy diet dahil mayaman ito sa nutrients at complex carbohydrates na nagpapaganda sa iyong metabolismo.

2. Sili – Mapapansin na kapag ikaw ay kumakain ng maanghang ay pinagpapawisan ka rin. Ito ay dahil sa Capsaicin, isang compound na nag-stimulate ng pain receptors sa kanyang katawan.

3. Broccoli – Hitik sa calcium ang broccoli na nagpapabilis din sa ating metabolism. Mayroon din itong vitamins C, K, K, at dietary fiber.

4. Mansanas at peras – Mababa lang ang calorie content ng mga prutas na ito pero marami na itong napatunayan sa pagbu-boost ng metabolism.

5. Mani – Hindi lang sa isda matatagpuan ang Omega-3 fatty acids dahil present din ito sa mani at sa mga seed.
