Today, August l, is just the 38th day ng kamatayan ni former President Noynoy Aquino, who died June 24 this year.
Ganunpaman, ayon kay former Senator Bam Aquino, they decided to hold the 40th day daily masses as it was on August l, 2019 naman when the late President Cory Aquino died.
Para isahang selebrasyon na nga naman. The 40-day masses will be held in 400 churches as well. Yes, all over the Philippines.

Naitanong nga pala, Salve A., ni Karen Davila kay Senator Bam, sa programang Headstart sa ANC, if true, that Kris Aquino will run sa 2022. Hindi raw ito nila napag-usapan ng kanyang Ate Kris, ang maikli niyang sagot.
How about him? Tanong ni Karen. Hindi pa rin daw niya ito napag-iisipan. Bagama’t wish niya raw na bawat botante ay bumoto sa May elections next year.

It was a sad day for us last Friday, July 30, sa pagpanaw ng former Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) and, likewise, Philippine Charity Sweepstakes 0ffice (PCSO) Chairman Manoling Morato.
Close kasi siya sa mga entertainment writer. At mga showbiz producer as well. One of whom was the late Donna Villa, who, with husband director, filmmaker and komiks king, Carlo J. Caparas owned Golden Lion Productions. Donna was 57 when she died of cancer in 2017. Chairman Manoling was 87. Reportedly ay nahawa siya ng COVID-19.

Kahit wala sa Pilipinas si Yam Concepcion, co-starring with JM de Guzman at Gerald Anderson, in the well-followed series, Init Sa Magdamag, dahil kakakasal nga ní Yam sa kanyang non-showbiz boyfriend na si Miguel Cuunjieng sa New York City, still mainit na pinag-uusapan ang Init… dahil sa mainít na pagtanggap ng nanonood sa bagong tandem na sina Alexa Ilacad at Gab Lagman. Bagay ang dalawa, bagama’t ayon sa kanila, magkaibigan lang ang turingan nila.
