Ate Vi, nag-aalok ng investment
Ate Vi

THIS IS A POSER. THANK YOU.”

“I just want to commend GRAB PH, @grab_ph , for how they handled the incident. Just a few minutes after my posts, Grab has gotten in touch with me and has urgently conducted an investigation into the fraud delivery bookings. They checked in on the delivery partners and ensured that they were compensated for this incident. The riders were not charged but instead were reimbursed. Grab has already blocked the number,” saad ni Kris.

“So far, no more fake Grab bookings. Though, two fake bookings (No longer from Grab) by the same culprit came last Sunday. Hindi niya pa rin ako tinigilan.

“Yesterday’s stress-free day is brought to you by all of you, my fiancé, my cute outfit, and Grab!  Just grateful!

“It has been brought to our attention that someone has recently used our platform to place multiple orders - causing undue stress to Ms Kris Bernal and our driver-partners.

“Grab has a zero-tolerance policy on fraudulent activities. Upon learning of this incident, we have immediately conducted our investigation and we have blocked the mobile phone IMEI of the fraudster to avoid similar incidents from happening in the future. We are also working closely with Ms. Kris Bernal on the matter, and we have reimbursed our delivery-partners who have fallen prey to this fraudster.”
