TIDBITS SNIPPETS ETC. - Salve V. Asis (Pang-masa) - December 1, 2020 - 12:00am

Katumbas nito ang 115 kilometer walk na mas pinaghandaan daw niya mentally more than physical. “It was mind over matter and I had to deal with a lot of emotions. I was frustrated, I was angry, I was questioning myself but also at some point, I was feeling happy and content but it was a long walk so all these things come and go,” pagkukuwento niya sa kanyang IG stories.

“It was a vicious cycle. I just had to make sure and I had to be aware of my emotions and prepared myself to channel them right and productively when I’m faced with all these emotions.”

“There will be times when dark clouds gather over the sky of our lives. But know that with the right instruments, like Courage, Faith, Will, and firm hope, these clouds will move on and pass.

“This incredible story of @sid9.2 at Kokoro Mental Training Center in Bali proves again that balance and peace can find its place back in our lives, despite a lot of hopeless and unfortunate situations.

“Hope dies last in life, and this we should never forget.”
