Inaya lang ni Assunta Alex hindi inasahang magiging best actress!
In a talk we had recently with Assunta de Rossi, she mentioned that her family maintained at least 20 cars. But not all of them are for their family’s use, although of course, may sarili siyang gamit na kotse. Ganundin ang asawa niya na si former politician Jules Ledesma and her two stepchildren.
The cars are not all stationed in Metro Manila either. Some are in Negros Occidental where the Ledesmas owned a hacienda.
They go home daw sa Negros often. But they keep a residence daw dito sa Bonifacio Global City.
If she is not currently doing films and TV shows as often as she used to, it’s because daw determined sila ni Jules to have a baby.
They have been married for 15 years.
She’s now 36 years old.

Assunta was invited na maging presentor.
Kuwento ni Alessandra: “I had no idea I was going to win, at wala nga talaga sana akong balak magpunta sa event.
“Kinayag lang ako ni Ate, dahil wala nga siyang kasama,” patuloy pa ni Alex.
That explained the reason too, kung bakit casual lang ang kanyang suot ng mga panahon na iyon, at kung bakit hindi man lang siya nag-bother na magpa-parlor.
“But I’m happy. Supremely happy, na tumanggap ng award for Lucid.”
Alex, who has turned writer, director ang producer has a movie, where she co-stars with Piolo Pascual.
Still untitled, her Ate Assunta also helped her to finance the project.
Damaso bigatin ang mga artista
Happy kami for BidaMan winner Jin Macapagal, dahil finally he has a movie.
Ipinakilala siya, bukod kay Riva Quenery, sa pelikulang Damaso, na isang musical sa loob ng isang pelikula na sasalamin sa current station ng ating bansa at tungkol na rin sa industriya ng pelikula, kung ikukumpara noong panahon ng Kastila.
Si Damaso, isang pari, ay kilala sa ating history books na binanggit ng ating supreme hero na si Jose Rizal sa librong kanyang sinulat, ang Noli Me Tangere.
Well, in the movie, ang role ni Damaso ay ginampanan ni comebacking comedian Arnell Ignacio.
Ang ganda ng line up ng pelikula, considering na starring din sina Vina Morales, Nyoy Volante, Marlo Mortel, Ejay Falcon, plus Aiko Melendez.

Of Damaso, in co-starring roles are Leo Martinez, Ariel Rivera, Irma Adlawan, Lou Veloso, Ketchup Eusebio, Luke Conde, Mon Confiado, Allan Paule and Arlene Muhlach.
