Tirso at Christopher inamin kung bakit tinanggihan si Nora
YSTAR - Baby E (Pang-masa) - November 13, 2019 - 12:00am

In their recent guesting in Boy Abunda’s late night show, Tonight With Boy Abunda (TWBA), with good friend and fellow actor, plus TV director Edgar ‘Bobot’ Mortiz, Tirso Cruz III and Christopher de Leon, finally revealed the reason why they both were unable to do the movie, Isa Pang Bahaghari, which would have reunited them with Nora Aunor. “Conflict of schedule,” the two of them related.

Sa sitwasyon daw kasi ni Pip nun, tinatapos pa niya ang seryeng The General’s Daughter with Angel Locsin.

Katatanggap pa rin niya ng offer to do a guest role in the Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) 2019 entry, Miracle in Cell No. 7, and, of course, sinimulan na rin niya ang seryeng Starla with Judy Ann Santos.

Si Christopher naman, may mga natanggap na siyang offer bukod sa busy siya at that time (this was in July) helping his daughter, Mariel de Leon in her outreach program.

At that time, as well, pag-amin pa ng trio, kinu-conceptualize na nila ang idea for the three of them to reunite in a concert.

To be called Timeless, naka-schedule na sila to perform as a trio in several key cities in the U.S.

Of Isa Pang Bahaghari, the roles meant for Pip at Boyet were given to Phillip Salvador at Michael de Mesa. Directed by Joel Lamangan, binalak ng mga kinauukulan na maipalabas ito sa Metro Manila Film Festival. Unfortunately, ‘di nakasama ang pelikula sa final four official entries, which included Mindanao, Write About Love, 3Pol Trobol: Huli Ka Balbon at Culion.

Already in the list of the MMFF 2019 entries are Miracle in Cell #7, Mission Unstapabol: The Don Identity, Sunod at The Mall, The Merrier.

Miles walang panahon sa pagdo-dyowa

Miles Ocampo, who is the lead actress ng Write About Love wonders why may balitang kumakalat na may relasyon na sila ni McCoy de Leon. Bagama’t aware siya, of course, na binanggit minsan ni McCoy na isa siya sa mga artista her age na hinahangaan niya.

Miles may not articulate it. Pero sabi ng mga kaibigan niya, she has never had any steady boyfriend kahit 22 na siya.

She wants daw to focus on her showbiz career and studies. Hindi binanggit ni Miles kung saan siya nag-aaral at kung anong kurso ang kanyang kinukuha.

Galing si Miles sa Goin’ Bulilit, at ngayon she has been with the top sitcom, Home Sweetie Home: Extra Sweet for five years now.

In Write About Love, Miles is teamed up with Rocco Nacino, who, in real life, is a nurse. Also in Write About Love are Yeng Constantino at Joem Bascon.

Of Write About Love, Cris Aquino, its writer and director says, it will make moviegoers, old and young alike, realize that there’s still genuine love existing in this era.

The film is about a young female writer na nakipag-team up with a more seasoned writer, in an effort to write what they should both consider a genuine love story, na nagkatotoo sa kanila.

A TBA Studios Production, it’s their first attempt to produce a comedy romantic movie, as the film firm is known for having produced historical epics, such as Heneral Luna at Goyo: Ang Batang Heneral.

For the movie, direk Cris wrote the song, Ikaw Ang Akin, na si Yeng ang kumanta.

It’s going to be an original sound track ng pelikula, which will be released by Star Records.
