Janella kinausap ng Diyos kaya nakabangon sa depression
Nagsalita na tungkol sa pinagdaanan niyang depression ang aktres na si Janella Salvador.
Naging dahilan ng kanyang depression ay ang hindi magandang pakikipaghiwalay niya sa ex-boyfriend na si Elmo Magalona.
Sa programa ni Boy Abunda na Tonight with Boy Abunda nagsalita si Janella na naka-move on na siya pero nandoon pa rin daw ang mabigat na feeling.
“I went through really bad times. I got depressed. I didn’t wanna get out of the house anymore when I went through that.
“It’s, like, I wanted to be in this little hole and never get out. So I was stuck there will all these bad memories in my head,” sey ni Janella.
Inamin noong October 2018 ni Janella na dalawang beses siyang sinaktan physically ni Elmo dahil nakainom ito.
Nagpapasalamat si Janella na nangyari iyon dahil nabukas ang mga mata niya sa dapat niyang gawin.
“What happened to me was really amazing. God spoke to me. And ever since that day happened, I had a different outlook now in life.
“There was one night I couldn’t stop thinking about bad things. But one night, I was depressed. When I say depressed, really depressed. I was up all night. I couldn’t sleep.
Sa pagkakataong ito, magiging maingat na raw si Janella kapag nakapagdesisyon itong pasukin ang bagong relasyon.
“One of them is that I learned more about myself with what I can tolerate, what I can’t tolerate, and how to love someone, but at the same time, still love yourself, not forget about yourself.
“Because at one point, I didn’t realize it when I was there, but I gave too much of myself away that I forgot that I had my own person,” pagtapos pa ni Janella Salvador.
JK pinagtawanan ang payong magpa-psychologist
Hindi natuwa ang singer ng hit song na Buwan na si JK Labajo sa payo ng isang netizen na magpatingin daw siya sa isang psychologist dahil baka raw may problema na ito sa pag-iisip.
Sunud-sunod daw kasi ang pagpasok sa kontrobersya ni JK, lalo na ang pakikipagsagutan niya sa social media sa kanyang mga basher.
Sa kanyang Instagram Stories, nilabas ni JK ang kanyang saloobin sa mga issue tungkol sa kanya.
“Pretentious act, saying I need psychological help, yet they’re the ones who got fooled by the angelic mask. Master of manipulation. The truth will prevail. And when that happens, i’ll laugh.”
Wala raw kailangang patunayan si JK sa ibang tao. Basta raw siya ay nagpapakatotoo sa sarili.
“No need to prove my innocence. Only the people who know me well know the truth and that is enough. I’m waiting patiently, for the day where they show their true colors. That’s going to be a colorful day. I’m waiting,” caption pa ulit ni JK na patuloy ang pag-ani ng tagumpay dahil sa hit single niya na Buwan na may 104 million views na ang music video sa YouTube.
