National Trials for Road pakakawalan sa Clark
MANILA, Philippines — Ipapadyak ng PhilCycling ang National Trials for Road sa Hulyo 10 at 11 sa Clark Freeport and Special Economic Zone sa Pampanga.
Ito ang ikalawang pakarera ng PhilCycling na pinamumunuan ni Philippine Olympic Committee (POC) president Rep. Abraham “Bambol” Tolentino matapos idaos ang National Mountain Bike Trials sa Danao City noong nakaraang buwan.
“Competitive cycling’s been out for more than one and a half years now, but we’re back to racing, thanks to the private sector support and the government’s endearing effort to beat the pandemic through sports,” ani Tolentino.
Katuwang ng PhilCycling ang Standard Insurance, Smart, MVP Sports Foundation, Bases Conversion Development Authority at Clark Development Corp.
Gagawin ang national trials sa isang bubble environment matapos payagan ng Philippine Sports Commission (PSC), Central Luzon (Region 3) Regional Task Force, Office of Civil Defense, Department of Health, Philippine National Police, Province of Pampanga at ng Department of Tourism.
Nakalatag sa torneo ang men’s at women’s Individual Time Trial at Criterium sa Hulyo 10 kasunod ang road race event kinabukasan.
Ang start at finish venue ay sa Clark Parade Grounds habang ang ITT races ay itinakda sa 24.6 kilometro para sa men’s at 18kms para sa women’s.
Pakakawalan ang criterium sa 2.3-km circuit sa Clark Parade Grounds at ang road races ay isang 24.6-km loop (anim na laps para sa men’s at apat na laps para sa women’s).
