Kini naglakip sa Talisay ni Mayor Socrates Fernandez, Minglanilla ni Mayor Eduardo Selma, Naga ni Mayor Valdimar Chiong, San Fernando ni Mayor Lakambini Reluya, Carcar ni Mayor Mario Patricio Barcenas ug Sibonga ni Mayor Lionel Bacaltos.

"The theme adapted by each of the member of athletic board, moving forward in unity, is revealing.
