A vibrant night of revelry and exceptional pours was the perfect celebration to bring to the fore Moët & Chandon’s newest blend Nectar Imperial, the sweeter champagne meant to be taken with ice. 

The iconic champagne brand recently hosted an exclusive tasting of its newest blend at Xylo at the Palace in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. The event featured energizing beats of world-renowned Dutch DJ Quintino.

Nectar Impérial distinguishes itself by its tropical fruitiness, richness on the palate and crisp finish. Its aromas are generous with tropical fruits such as pineapple and mango and stone fruits such as mirabelle plum and apricot, capped by nuances of malt grain and the sweet spice of cinnamon and vanilla.

The assemblage of this champagne is built upon the structure of Pinot Noir, the flesh of Meunier and the freshness of Chardonnay. The use of 20 to 30 percent of carefully selected reserve wines completes the assemblage and enhances its intensity, richness  and consistency. As a demi-sec champagne with a sweet blend, it resonates well with the Filipino palate.Partygoers can look forward to Moët’s newest blend as the perfect drink of choice for a night out.
