MANILA, Philippines — The absence of public-private partnership initiatives while large-scale projects are still under construction has prompted the country’s tycoons to band together and take part in the Duterte administration’s ambitious infrastructure drive.
One particular area they’re eyeing to develop is the country’s aging and over-stretched airports. Know their respective proposals in this video.
