WATCH: Isko explains why foreign countries choose to give aid to Manila
MANILA, Philippines — A total of 10 foreign envoys paid courtesy calls on Manila Mayor Isko Moreno Domagoso in his first two months in office.
These foreign ambassadors also offered aid to help better the Philippine capital.
Foreign diplomats and representatives from these countries visited Moreno:

Moreno said he is grateful for the assistance being given to his administration.
He said that the offers of the diplomats address various concerns in Manila.
“We’re just so glad that things are falling into place,” Moreno said.
Asked why foreign ambassadors choose to help Manila over other cities in Metro Manila, Moreno quoted European Ambassador Franz Jessen: “We want where the action is.”
Moreno also said the Philippine capital needed help.
