WATCH: Police serve arrest warrant at Peter Lim’s residence

MANILA, Philippines — Cebu City Police on Monday went to Peter Lim’s residence to serve an arrest warrant against the businessman, who has been indicted on drug charges.

The Cebu City police, however, failed to serve it as Lim was not in his residence at Sto. Niño Village, Barangay Banilad. They then went to his other residence in Barangay Mabolo also in Cebu City but did not find him there.

Lim faces two counts of violations of Section 26 (B) in relation to Section 5, Article II of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.

The authorities will reportedly submit the report of the suspected drug lord’s absence to the Makati City Regional Trial Court Branch 55, which handles the case of Lim.
