WATCH: Pagasa monitors LPA outside PAR

MANILA, Philippines – The state weather bureau on Thursday reported that the low pressure area it is currently monitoring is expected to enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility on Thursday or Friday.

Pagasa weather specialist Samuel Duran clarified that it has no direct effect in the country as of the moment. He added that there would be partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers over Metro Manila and the rest of National Capital Region.
