WATCH: What Grace Poe will do about illegal drugs

MANILA, Philippines — Sen. Grace Poe is eyeing to declare illegal drugs as a national security threat if ever she wins the presidency in the May 9 elections.

In an interview with the STAR, Poe detailed how she would utilize all branches of government to battle illegal drugs.

Poe, chair of the Senate committee on public order and dangerous drugs, earlier proposed to allow anti-narcotics units to conduct wiretapping on suspected drug syndicates.
