LISTEN: Justice De Castro's questions on foundlings

MANILA, Philippines — Supreme Court Associate Justice Teresita Leonardo-De Castro on Monday sat as a member of the Senate Electoral Tribunal to hear oral arguments of petitioners and respondents on the disqualification case against Sen. Grace Poe.

De Castro demanded that respondents point out constitutional provisions on the citizenship and nationality of foundlings.
