WATCH: Aquino blames Arroyo for smaller Cebu infra budget

MANILA, Philippines — President Benigno Aquino III addressed on Monday criticisms on the sudden 2015 increase of appropriation for infrastructure projects in Cebu province.
Facing members of the press and guests in Cebu City, Aquino said the P2-billion budget for 2010 and 2011 were made under the administration of former President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo.
