MANILA, Philippines — President Aquino addressed the Disbursement Acceleration Fund issue on national television at 6:00 p.m. on Monday following the Supreme Court's ruling declaring the mechanism unconstitutional.

"Tama ang intensyon, tama ang pamamaraan, tama ang resulta," he said. "'Wag niyo naman sanang hadlangan. Hindi ba dapat kasama namin kayo sa repormang ito?"
