MANILA, Philippines - Leaders from the 21 member economies of the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation issued a joint declaration after their meeting in Manila on Thursday.

The joint declaration was entitled "Building Inclusive Economies, Building a Better World: A Vision for an Asia-Pacific Community."
